Aayla's 1st Birthday - 30th August 2011

Well my 1st Birthday has finally arrived. My actual Birthday is on a Tuesday 30th August, so Mummy & Daddy prepared a little party for me on Saturday 27th August. It was raining quite a bit, but we had a gazebo set up in the garden we managed to get the BBQ on the go.
 Lot's of people were invited, but unfortunatly my birthday falls on a Summer Bank Holiday so everyone is always away on holiday.
Quite a few people still made it though, and Mummy was very stressed out & said from now on, we are going away every year for my birthday too. (We shall see!)

Grandad had come to stay for a few days to see me on my birthday.

Once it stopped raining, we all went out into the back garden.



Mummy had to go and pick some of Scooby's poo up first though!!



I had a ball pit, and a garden swing......

 We went back inside and I played with some of my pressies.....

On the night time, once everyone had gone, we went and sat in the back garden by the fire pit. We wrapped up warm & toasted marshmallows....

I went to bed soon after this and Daddy got the sparklers out for Sapphire

30th August 2011.......My Actual 1st Birthday!!

We got up, had breakfast and then opened some cards. Mummy said I couldnt open any pressies until Nanny came around!



I had lot's of presents waiting for me to open.

All in all, I had an absolutley wonderful birthday, I loved all of my presents and I'm really grateful to everyone that helped make it special for me!

August 2011.

Special Month this month. (And expensive says daddy!) It is Mummy's, Tye's & my Birthday all in the same week.

4th August 2011.

Here is me with my dummy during the day. A few days later, mummy stopped letting me have my Dummy through the day. I just had it at nap & bed time. I didn't mind though.

Mummy was getting ready in the bathroom. I was helping her by fetching everything out onto the floor for her!

11th August 2011...Watching tele chomping on my apple.

And then just getting ready for bed time, I found Mummy's secret dodgy CD stash up the corner in the spare bedroom!

15th August 2011....I Said Ta on demand for the 1st time

17th August 2011 - My First trip to the Zoo. (Dudley Zoo)

The monkeys, giraffes & lynx's were my favourites!

On the afternoon, Mummy took me to meet up with Kelly & Charlie at a Baby Sensory Group. It was great. There was Lot's to see and play with.

22nd August - Mummy started a new job

.

 She will be working 9:00am until 1:00pm Monday to Friday, and Nanny will be coming around to look after me on the days Daddy is at work just until Mummy get's home.

23rd August 2011 - My Mummy's Birthday.

She is 34 today.

Me, Mummy & Daddy went shopping in Birmingham when Mummy got back from work, and then we went out for a meal with Nanny on the night.

The restaurant was great...Once I had persuaded Mummy to let me get down onto the floor I was off like a shot. Daddy had great fun chasing after me!......Well, I had great fun anyway!

I went to check out what other people had been ordering.......




I told the waitress that I would like some more olives please......

 

I even had to go and order a round of drinks!

A great night had by all :o)


A week later.....It is my Birthday....MY 1st BiRtHdAy Yaaaaay!!!!
